Territory & Claims

The continent is carved into territories, each held by a faction. Claiming your own slice of it means out-powering whoever already holds the ground.

Reading the map

You always know where you stand. The HUD names the territory beneath your feet, and the world map opens a stylized atlas of the whole continent — hover a region to see whose banner flies there, and open its faction at a click.

Planting a cornerstone

You claim land by placing a Cornerstone. It isn't a free grab — it's a contest of strength. A faction's power comes from its people and the wealth it has stored, and your claim is weighed against everyone whose territory it would cut into.

A claim you win is drawn on both the world map and the in-world HUD for all to see.

Protection

Only members of the owning faction can break a placed cornerstone or a Faction Chest. Everyone else is locked out.

Why it matters elsewhere

Your borders are real boundaries. Worker NPCs only labor on land your faction holds — they'll never wander off to dig in a rival's territory.
