Where Medieval Armies is heading. This is a snapshot of intent, not a promise — features land when they're ready.
Near-term
- Finish the worker roster — Miner, Lumberjack and Farmer.
- Deepen the skills system so your people grow with practice.
- Skill books to train each trade.
- More of the gods' wrath — acid rain, a rain of diamonds, a rain of fish, tornadoes.
- New NPC roles — cook, fisher, guard.
Mid-term
- More siege equipment — ladders, drawbridges, castle doors and a cannon.
- A proper alliances and war-declaration system, with agreements that last.
- Custom armor sets.
- Master-and-apprentice training, and factions whose people are born to their trade.
Long-term
- A walkable ship you can sail.
- NPC families and lineage.
- A faction-wide armory.
- Ever-deeper dialogue, with far more to say.
How it's built
Every update aims to add something you can see and play — no silent, invisible releases.
